Indoor Hospitality Reopens May 17th

As we edge closer and closer to reopening our seating area for indoor seating, we felt now would be an appropriate time to let you know about any changes that we are making to ensure you stay safe when visiting. Most of these changes we will already be accustomed to, but there's no harm in reminding ourselves of our obligations to each other.

Track and Trace

You will be required to scan a QR code on the way in. The QR code will be located on the entrance to our door. This is a legal duty and must be completed by each guests entering. You are no longer allowed to scan for your household. Unfortunately, we will have to refuse service or request you opt for a takeout if you are unwilling to provide your details for track and trace.

Enhanced Cleaning

Before you are seated we will clean your table, seating and touch points to ensure that your seating area is sanitised. Our front door will always remain open to ensure adequate air flow and ventilation. All touch points will be cleaned at regular intervals.

Toilet Facilities

Toilets will be available for customer use. Hand soap and paper towels will be provided for your convenience.

Screen Partitions

Perspex partitions will be placed where social distancing is not available. A partition screen is also in place at the order point to protect you and us. Table Ordering

For those who opt to sit in we will take your order at the table include allowing you to pay through contactless or other means at your table.

Face Coverings

Face coverings are mandatory in store unless you have a medical exemption. Medical exemptions will not be asked for proof and we will treat you fair and equally. Those who have no medical exemption are legally bound to wear a face covering whilst walking about the premises (Entering or exiting, using the toilet facilities etc) you are permitted to remove face coverings when seated. Table Booking and Time Limits

To ensure we operate a fair system, we allocate guests a table for a 30 minute duration. This is to ensure that everyone can get a table. You can book a table on our website or via our Facebook page. Our table size will be limited to 4 per table, this is to ensure we are following relevant restrictions regarding socialising indoors.

We look forward to finally welcoming you back to sit in after a very long 6 months of take away only!

If you, or any of your party have any symptoms or have received a positive COVID test the we politely ask that you refrain from entering our premises until your period of self isolation has ended or you are in receipt of a negative test.
